God gave me a friend, one day.
I have never seen you, face to face.
But, I know, my friend, you're there.
I have felt your loving care
In the lines of your notes.
For, you have touched my heart
And filled my day's with sunshine and joy.
You're a gift of love, sent from God, to enjoy;
Little notes to and from,
That we treasure with care.
But to me, they are pure gold
And filled with your caring
ways;
Treasured secrets that are shared,
But never retold.
God gave me a blessing of love
And care, a treasure to
hold.
You are always there, my
friend.
I will treasure this friendship
like gold.
And as new friends, we longed
To share our blessings from the
Lord.
For this new friendship to
Cherish with tender care,
We have nurtured it so not to
perish ...

gift from God, a friendship so tender,
Creating treasured memories.
God gave me the sweetest friend.
I'm thankful for you.
You
have warmed my heart and
Filled my days with laughter.
Your kindness shows
In the lines of your notes.
Your love for the Lord
shows
In the words you write.
The Lord, He has blessed me
With a wonderful friend,
Someone to share my joys,
And share my tears.

though we have never met,
I know you are near;

God gave me a friend who cares.

that every day is a new beginning.
It is to trust that miracles happen, and

of a nurturing heart,
The innocence of a child's eyes and
the beauty of an aging hand,
For it is through their teachings we learn to love.
To believe is to find the strength and
courage that lies within us.
When it is time to pick up the pieces and
begin again.

we are not alone,
That life is a gift and
this is our time to cherish it.
